Vacant properties only: If Buyer requires an inspection, it must be completed prior to submitting offer.

5% Earnest Money Deposit (cleared funds) is required upon all accepted offers.

Buyer must deliver an executed contract and deposit to Seller within 24 hours of acceptance.
