Realty Wholesalers Funding was founded by Mr. Ben Stern, a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Lender and real estate investor who has been operating since 1988. In these combined capacities, Mr. Stern has been personally involved in over three thousand five hundred property transactions.

Yes, you read that right… 3,500 transactions.

Mr. Ben Stern has been strongly involved in many facets of the real estate industry. Ben Stern has been the LARGEST REAL ESTATE INVESTOR IN THE COUNTRY, BUYING AND SELLING OVER 300 HOMES PER YEAR in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

When the real estate market started to weaken in 2006, Ben Stern rented out the Broward County Convention Center and auctioned off 104 of his properties in the largest private real estate auction in U.S. history, attended by over 3300 people.

His activity encompasses the areas of buying, selling, leasing, rennovating and financing residential and commercial properties. He has been featured throughout his career as a distressed property expert in many published articles for his valuable insight and knowledge in the Real Estate business.
